Shelley Park

Designated Paralegal

Shelley graduated from the Legal Assistant Program at Camosun College in Victoria and proceeded to gain diverse legal experience working for various law practices and notary offices while riding motorcycles and leading a somewhat nomadic life.

In 1989 she and her husband decided to set down roots in the Comox Valley where she immediately started working with Holland and Company as a Conveyancer. While raising three children (not to mention several dogs) and contributing to numerous community projects she continued her association with this firm, willingly participating in all areas of the business. Recently becoming a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits for BC, Shelley now manages the Estate Administration department of Holland and Company and looks forward to helping her clients navigate the many complexities of that area of law.

She is patient and cares deeply for the success of our clients, always eager and ready to assist with efficiency. Born in Comox to a military family, she was fortunate to only be posted to Greenwood NS, and then back to the beautiful Comox Valley to graduate and marry her high school sweetheart. When not at the office you can find her at Saratoga Speedway, cheering on her husband, or at home with their 3 young children doing all the fun things Moms love to do!

Pam is lighthearted but cares deeply about our clients and our firm’s connection to the community.   After moving to the Comox Valley in 2018 she loves to explore all the Valley has to offer including scenic hikes, live music, and she is deeply impressed by the sense of community found here.  She is the proud mother of 2 grown children and 2 senior Shih Tzu puppies that often make guest appearances at our office.
